Mr. Considine, P.A., has been in service to Fern House for 25 years and has over 20 years of legal experience specializing in family law and more specifically the Marchman Act. Mr. Considine’s work assists families in placing their loved ones in treatment when they might not be willing to go. Mr. Considine also lends his legal advice to Fern House helping us ensure compliance.
