Everything here is about getting in the door. Admission to Fern House starts with an interview: we talk through your background, where you are right now, and what you want sobriety to look like. There is no waiting list you can buy your way up and no paperwork that decides it for you — the conversation does.
Weekly rent is $300, which covers your bed, your meals, and the programme itself. Every resident begins at the Church Street campus and moves up to the Harry Hamilton campus after completing Stage 1. The rules are short and they are not negotiable: no drugs, including mind- or mood-altering prescriptions, and you either work or you are actively looking for work.
